Nina Music developed a unique program called “Cognitive and Physical Development through Music”. We all know that music is fun, but it’s also a great way to reinforce the broader concepts that your child is learning; like rhyming, counting, focus, following directions and even supporting your child’s positive self-image in fun and unusual ways.
The 6-session program is designed so children will get hands-on experience with rhythm instruments like egg-shakers, bongos, floor toms, wood blocks, tambourines and anything else that makes fun and interesting sounds all while singing upbeat and fun tunes.
There is also a very strong emphasis on introducing age-appropriate sign language, taught in a musical way, to young children. In addition to exploring diversity, sign language also helps children to develop their fine and gross motor skills, all while having a great time!
